The Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec Foundation is proud to present the Pierre Sauvé, Eng. scholarship for the promotion of women in engineering. This special scholarship was created to honour one of the Foundation’s donors, Pierre Sauvé, Eng., who has a very strong interest in promoting engineering among women. This $4,000 scholarship will be awarded to a student who has enthusiastically demonstrated her involvement in the promotion of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) among girls, and who has submitted an application for a New Generation Scholarship.
The additional evaluation criteria are the following:
∙ Direct involvement in promoting STEM among girls
∙ Number of girls affected by the initiative and quality of the outreach.
∙ Reach of the project (local, provincial, national) and longevity (effect over time)
Do you actively contribute to the promotion of STEM among girls? You could earn the first ever Pierre Sauvé, Eng. scholarship for the promotion of women in engineering. We look forward to receiving your application!
